Re:Loop! Official Derivative Work Guidelines
Thank you for supporting the Re:Loop! talents. When creating derivative works of our VTubers, we ask you abide by the following guidelines.
Definition of Derivative Works
We consider “derivative works” to be works based on our VTubers’ content or depicting our VTubers. This includes, but is not limited to, their original content, designs, and intellectual property.
Examples of derivative works include fanart, clips, and merchandise.
Our Guidelines
AI Policy
- Do not create any derivative works involving our VTubers using AI. Re:Loop! VTubers expressly prohibit the use of any of their content for AI technology.
NSFW Policy
- Please respect each VTubers’ wishes, and refrain from creating derivative works they may find unpleasant.
- Penny and Roro permit the use of ‘NSFW’ derivative content provided it is properly tagged and only posted in NSFW-appropriate spaces. Any NSFW creations must be separated from the respective general or art tags.
- Roko and Valentia would not like ‘NSFW’ derivative content to be created.
General Policies
- Please refrain from creating derivative works that are:
- Potentially damaging to our VTubers, their image, or branding.
- Relate to controversial, political, ideological, or religious material.
- Contrary to what is socially acceptable.
- Damaging to a third party’s image or rights.
- Please ensure that it is clear your derivative works are secondary fanworks, and not official artworks or merchandise.
Please note that adherence to these guidelines do not undermine the copyrights and intellectual property rights of our VTubers. Our VTubers reserve the right to enforce their rights against works they deem unsuitable, at their discretion.
Derivative Works for Commercial Purposes
For derivative works that will be used commercially or otherwise monetised, please contact Re:Loop! at contact@re-loop.co.uk with the details to confirm the respective VTubers’ permission.
